If we add new users to our team, how will that be billed?
We make a one-time charge to your credit card to cover any new users for the current billing period.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For annual subscriptions with over 50 users, we can also issue an invoice payable by check or bank transfer. Please get in touch at email@example.com to request this.
How long are your contracts?
You can choose to be on a month-to-month or annual contract. You can start and stop, or make changes to your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not provided for cancellation or downgrades. See our Terms and Conditions for details.)

When you start a free trial of Praxio, you will have unrestricted access to all features included in the selected plan.
What if I want to change or cancel my plan?
Easy! If you decide to change your plan, charges from upgrading your plan to a higher pricing tier in the middle of your billing cycle will be pro-rated. You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
